Jared, Managing Director
Jared’s passion for the building industry started over 16 years ago, initially with the love of carpentry & then flipping his own projects with wife Sacha.
After consistently being asked by neighbours, family members & friends to complete their renovations, Jared thought it only made sense to start his own company & make his dream a reality.
When Jared isn’t making things happen onsite, you’ll find him on the golf course, hitting a shocker & spending time with his 2 little boys.
Sacha, Director & Head of Design
Starting over twelve years ago flipping her own homes and designing for Perth’s (then) largest home renovator/ custom builder.
It was always Sacha’s vision to develop her own renovation company with husband Jared and thus Thomasz Design & Construction was born.
Sacha has a passion for creating spaces that are a true reflection of those that dwell within, spaces that are functional, stimulating & timeless.
When Sacha is not in the studio, she is a busy mum to her 2 boys, Cuba & Wolfe.
Luke, Project Manager
Luke is our Site Supervisor and will be your point of contact when construction starts. He is also involved early in the design process, consulting with the designers to ensure the build process will be efficient and cost effective. Luke studied a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management and is a qualified carpenter. His passion for the building industry has been passed down from his father and he brings over 18 years of experience to the company. Luke is your contact for contract administration, ensuring projects are completed to schedule and to a high level of finish. He works cohesively with our clients and provides ongoing support for both our contractors and office staff
Zoe, Architectural Designer
Zoe is a graduate of architecture with a passion for designing spaces that integrate with the landscape. She is a creative artist, from watercolours to film photography.
Outside of work you’ll find Zoe having a hit on the tennis court, performing the viola in an orchestra and eating brunch paired with a matcha latte.
