“We first heard of Thomasz Design & Construction when renovated my parents neighbours house on Crawford Road. We were very impressed with the overall product, so decided to contact Jared and Sacha when we decided to renovate and extend our house in Bedford. We had quotes from a few builders but immediately liked their vibe. From the outset, Jared and Sacha were highly professional, quick with their responses and innovative with their design ideas. They were incredibly helpful during the process of designing/amending our plans and then getting them through council. They also worked with our budget and offered solutions throughout when any issue arose. Once our plans were through, demolition and building commenced almost immediately. Even during a period when builders can't find trades, there was someone always onsite getting the work done, Jared had it all expertly lined up so that no time was wasted. We watched the process closely, and made a few changes here and there. This was very important to us, as we wanted to still be involved throughout the process so it was great to find a builder who was open to this. Sacha dealt with my many emails and phone calls with so much patience and understanding. After 6 months it was time for handover, and the end product was even better than we had imagined. Our home is everything that we could have asked for, and the quality of the workmanship at every stage of the build is remarkable. We have been asked multiple times since moving in who our builder is, and we are more than happy to pass on our recommendation of Thomasz Design & Construction.
